It is the annual day Bristol Balloon Fiesta and every morning and evening, weather permitting hundreds of hotair ballons take off from Ashton Court and float beautifully across the Bristol suburbs. I got up and went straight into work to get these shots to show you.
Can you see the man on the motorcycle in the distance?
This is the first one I took this morning. That's my car and the back of the health centre, the balloons were just coming over and they take a while so I then went down to the front of the building to get the other shots.
I will be doing some of Shimelle Laine's cyber crop this weekend, see some of you there.
I love the Balloon Festival, have been a couple of times now. How lucky to be able to see it from your work.

Ah, thanks for sharing these photos - that's lovely! I remember going to the Balloon Festival with my dad, years ago. It was very exciting to see all those balloons - we didn't see them so often then, as you do now. Thanks for bringing back a nice memory for me!
